• Increased productivity by improved operability

  The machine achieves a longer distance from machine arm to needle by adopting a high long arm.

  The needle thread device is standard equipment. As a result, the needle thread at the start of sewing does not come out on the cloth, so the start of sewing beautiful finished seams.

The automatic thread trimmer improves workability and increases productivity. When compared with the sewing machine without a thread trimmer, the DU-1481-7 substantially decreases the consumption of thread. The knife pressure can be adjusted with the adjusting screw.

  

• Horizontal-axis full-rotary double-capacity hook

  The adoption of the horizontal-axis double-capacity hook helps reduce the frequency of bobbin thread replacement, thereby promising sewing work with efficiency. This hook is also helpful not only when sewing with thick thread but also when sewing a long seam length.
