Sewing Machine Repair. Domestic or Industrial.
Request a technician to repair your industrial sewing machine, or steam equipment by contacting us by email or phone.
- Domestic machines - we prefer you to send your domestic machines to us, or bring it in yourself as we only carry a limited amount of parts with our technicians.
- Small boilers - we also prefer you to send, or drop the machines off to our premises.
- Cutting Machines - please send or drop the machine off to us as they often require multiple parts to fix.

Terms & Condition
- A minimum service charge of $140 applies for any call out service jobs in the inner Auckland area . Hourly rate ($85 plus gst ) note: time spent traveling is paid for by the customer . Call out fee starting from $34.50 (30 plus gst)
- Any warranty claim is to be determined by our technicians. Should the repair not be covered under warranty, the minimum service charge still applies to compensate for diagnosis time.
- Parts that may be required to complete a service job are an additional extra to the labour and travel charges.
- Technicians can act on behalf of the company to reserve the right to refuse service to anybody.

- All price quoted on this website is GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
