Description
The next-generation Tajima features a digitally-controlled presser foot (DCP), network access, and a slim cylinder design for easier access. The reinforced Wide Cap Frame has enhanced the embroidery stability thereby increasing the rotational speed to 1000rpm.

Digitally Controlled Presser foot (DCP)
The DCP can reduce fabric fluttering that occurs during embroidery.
It is especially effective when working thick fabric, very thin fabric, and folds of material.

“Fluttering” occurs when the material is lifted up during embroidery which causes skipped stitches, miss-trimming, and reduced quality stitching. |

|
The DCP can be adjusted randomly according to the material thickness on the operation panel. It simplifies the mechanical process that was previously required and time consuming. |
Fine Stitch Mode (FS Mode)
Fine Stitch (FS) is a special mode that provides stability and creates a high quality of embroidery that makes it easy to sew with hard-to-embroider threads.

FS Mode improves the quality of embroidery created with thick thread or soft-twisted thread like metallic and heavier yarns that are difficult to use with the normal machine settings. As a standard part of the TMBR machine firmware, FS mode can be turned on with an easy settings change. |
New Slim Type Cylinder
The new slim type cylinder has been reduced by 12 % in width, which is even better for working on children’s wear and smaller pockets.

Together with the new reinforced Wide Cap frame, the slim type cylinder gives the ability to run at higher speeds than previous models,up to 1000rpm which will increase production efficiency and Quality. |
Network
The Tajima TMBR Series can easily receive embroidery data by connecting the embroidery software to a network.

Autograph and DG/ML are recommended as this software simplifies the process of personalization and allows for the smoothest design data generation and transmission to the machine. |
